Kashvi Silk proudly delivers authentic Banarasi silk sarees across India as well as to selected international destinations.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch Time: 5–7 Business Days

During festivals, public holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Within India

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.

International Orders

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and applicable courier rates. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

India

Estimated delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

International

Estimated delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, and destination country regulations.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, along with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations within India.

Kashvi Silk reserves the right to limit or disable COD services for certain locations based on courier serviceability or previous order history.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)

Kashvi Silk shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

Kashvi Silk shall not be responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts.

If the shipment is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply before the order is dispatched again.


11. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened before delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse delivery, if possible, or
  • Record an unboxing video immediately upon opening the package.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the unboxing video.

Failure to provide timely evidence may affect our ability to process claims.


12. Delivery Address Changes

Shipping addresses can only be modified before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


13. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the shipment to the address provided during checkout.
