At Kashvi Silk, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order after placing it. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair, transparent, and practical for both the customer and our business.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been packed, processed, or dispatched from our side.

To cancel an order, customers must contact us as early as possible with their order details.

Once we receive the cancellation request, our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

2.Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

After dispatch, the order will be treated as an active shipment. In such cases, the customer may refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, if the product is eligible under that policy

3.Cancellation by Kashvi Silk

Kashvi Silk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing error
• Payment failure
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
• Incorrect customer details
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Any technical or operational issue
• Any unavoidable reason beyond our control

If payment has already been received for such an order, the eligible refund will be processed as per our refund process.

4.Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund will be applicable if no payment has been collected.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, wallets, or financial service providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in the customer’s account.
